Terms & Conditions & Participation Contract

By registering for a training or booking an Edu Spazio space, you accept all the clauses below.

Part I — General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Applicable to all Edu Spazio training courses and services

1. Service Provider

2. Registration & confirmation

Registration is final after validation of the application by our team and receipt of payment (full or first instalment). Places are limited and allocated in order of confirmed registration. Any participation implies unreserved acceptance of this contract.

4. Payment methods

  • Cash — payment at the reception desk (Sfax or Tunis)
  • Cheque — made out to EDU SPAZIO, handed in at reception
  • Bank transfer — BIAT · RIB ending in ••••-55 (provided on request — bank receipt required)
  • Online bank card — Clictopay, SSL secured payment (+3% bank charges)

A receipt or proof of payment is issued after each settlement.

5. Refunds & absences

  • Cancellation before the start of the session: full refund up to 15 days before.
  • No refund will be granted in case of partial (one or more sessions) or total absence after the start of training.
  • Any missed session may be made up in another group, subject to availability and prior agreement from the organiser. This make-up may incur additional costs to be borne by the participant.
  • Edu Spazio reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enrolment, with full refund in that case.

6. Coworking — Booking

Space bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the planned date. After this period, the period is due. Internal regulations are provided upon membership.

Part II — Training Participation Contract

Excerpt from the official contract signed upon registration

1. Intellectual property

All educational materials (courses, documents, exercises, and any other distributed material) are the exclusive property of Edu Spazio. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit this content without prior written authorisation. Any infringement may lead to legal proceedings.

2. Confidentiality & recordings

The participant undertakes not to record training sessions, whether by audio, video or other means, without written authorisation from the organiser. It is also forbidden to photograph or broadcast any training content on public or private platforms.

3. Attendance & commitment

The participant undertakes to strictly respect the timetable defined for each session, to actively attend the entire training, and to submit required work within the set deadlines. In case of non-compliance, Edu Spazio reserves the right to terminate participation without refund.

4. Assessment of learning

The participant undertakes to take any tests or assessments provided for in the training programme.

5. Modifications & adjustments

Edu Spazio reserves the right to adjust the schedule, timetable or content of the training, while informing participants within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Personal data protection

Personal data collected in connection with this training will be used solely for administrative and educational purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Disputes & jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of Tunis (Tunisia) shall have jurisdiction.

By registering for an Edu Spazio training, you declare that you have read this document in its entirety and accept all its clauses.
